THE RULES FOR THE CORRECT USE OF THE APARTMENTS ARE THE SAME FOR ALL OF THEM:
The main rule in all our properties is "take care of it as if it were yours."
Abusive or simultaneous use of appliances (oven, water heater, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) will result in a power cut to protect the system and prevent overloads and fires.
Holding parties or events is strictly prohibited.
The use of towels and sheets outside the apartments is prohibited. They must be used for their intended purpose, not for removing makeup, cleaning shoes, or going to the beach.
Smoking is only permitted in apartments with a balcony; smoking is always permitted outside, not through the windows.
