THE RULES FOR THE CORRECT USE OF THE APARTMENTS ARE THE SAME FOR ALL OF THEM:
The main rule in all our properties is “take care of it as if it were your own.”
Abuse or simultaneous use of appliances (oven, water heater, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) will result in the power being cut off to protect the installation and prevent overloads and fire.
It is strictly forbidden to hold parties or events.
The use of towels and sheets outside the apartments is prohibited.
They are to be used for their intended purpose, not for removing makeup, cleaning shoes, or going to the beach.
Smoking is only allowed in apartments with balconies, and always outside, never through the windows.
