House rules

The rules for the proper use of the apartments are the same for all of them:

The main rule in all our properties is "treat it as if it were your own." Abuse or simultaneous use of appliances (oven, water heater, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) will result in the power supply being cut off to protect the installation and prevent overloads and fires.

Holding parties or events is strictly prohibited.

The use of towels and sheets outside the apartments is prohibited. They should be used for their intended purpose, not for removing makeup, cleaning shoes, or going to the beach.

Smoking is only permitted in apartments with a balcony, and must always be done outside, never through the windows.
